Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0 mg/mL. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at < -20°C. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions. |
| Storage: | This lyophilized preparation is stable at room temperature when garded from light, but should be kept at -20°C for long term storage, preferably with dessicant. Upon reconstitution, the preparation is stable when stored at 2-8°C. For maximum stability, apportion the reconstituted preparation into working aliquots and store at -20°C. Avoid repeat freeze/thaw cycles. |
More Information
Adipotide, a peptidomimetic with sequence CKGGRAKDC-GG-D(KLAKLAK)2, another name is Fat Targetted Proapoptotic Peptide (FTPP) .Clinical Research studies have shown that the peptide-like compound, Adipotide, is able to kill fat cells thereby causing a decrease in the volume and mass of the subcutaneous fat, and this in turn leads to weight loss. Adipotide is able to kill the adipocytes (fat cells) by selectively causing programmed cell death (apoptosis) of the blood vessels supplying the adipocytes. The products we offer are intended for laboratory research use only. The Products we sold on our store are not been used as drugs, agricultural or pesticidal products, food additives or household chemicals.
